Advertised Great Features - BUT......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product upon the recommendation of my Cardiologist. However, the readings seemed unusually high. I took the unit and went to the ER and asked them to check my device against their BP Monitor. I sat in the same position for the assessment of both devices. The Omron device read 20 points higher than the monitor in the ER. I returned the unit (at my expense) requesting a refund, which they said they would make.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I find this device extremely versatile since I can use it plugged in or with batteries. The feature that takes three readings for accuracy is also top notch.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as a recommendation from my cardiologist and endocrinologist. I have been having blood pressure issues, so I needed a device that would give me readings between doctor's visits.
