Meets all my expectations!

This monitor was sent to me as a replacement for another one that I was having difficulty with the arm cuff. The Customer Service Advantage Team member Jennifer Bennett worked with me to solve my problems and I couldn't be more pleased with her solution to my problem. Omron has been a company I have used for many years and I am thoroughly pleased with the care and assistance I received. I am able to get my blood pressure readings so much easier now and can continue to chart my readings again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had the 785 for quite a while but quit using it because the readings were inconsistent. We started using it again with the same results. If you take a reading which usually seems high, and then wait about 5-10 minutes and take another reading the second reading is considerably lower. This occurs when both my wife and I take readings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was under the impression that this blood pressure cuff would automatically send a blood pressure reading to the Omron connect app, but it does not. I could not pair it to the app, I wish I knew this before I bought it. Otherwise, it does work well as a blood pressure cuff, I I do believe it’s accurate according to other blood pressure machines I’ve had my BP taken on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this item for a week or so. I'm very pleased with it so far. This is so much better than the one I have used for about 10 years and the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I've only had it such a short time. I am particularly happy with the 3 reading function. I've all ways felt one reading was not enough. My previous meter was giving very erratic results and this one has really solved that problem. So far very happy with it.

I like the product. It is simple to use and has a comfortable cuff. There are bells and whistles that I would like to understand better - mainly the memory function, how to clear it, how to average etc. that there is no documentation for. This site sends you to a manual library that tricks you into downloading everything but the manual. It is really crazy that I can not get to a button that lets me download a manual easily with no fuss or second guessing, where I know if what I am downloading is what I am looking for and where I don't need to create an account on a website that is not even theirs - with still no promise that I will get what I need - when the product does not include it.
