[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great decision, very convenient to wash and dry... but you have to remember unit will wash 2-3 loads but really only dry 1 effectively unless you do an extra dry cycle....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really upset to say the least and if they had an option for zero stars I would chosen that instead. I thought about all of the good things I could say about this product, great for small homes etc. But all of the great things are meaningless especially when the flaws outdo the good. I’m not wealthy by any means as of yet, yet I have invested in myself a purchase of this magnitude and has only gotten worse. I may not have clean clothes in the morning. Ever sense February 2018 this error code is more frequent. How? How do you sell a product knowing that the consumers are not going to know anything about draining the drum at the bottom etc etc.That’s gotten ten times worse and frequent as well. If anyone at this company had any type of integrity they would recall this product! Do Not Buy.

Great for small space. Shakes the entire Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG combo for about 90 days and it still shakes really bad. I have had someone check it to make sure it is level however during the spin cycle it shakes so bad my fridge and oven shake as well. I love that I can start laundry from work with the wifi option since it can take up to 4 hours to do a load of laundry. I find it nice to have but am still using the building laundry room for larger items, bedding, and towels because of needing to clean the inside out after each use. If I could ever get the anti-vibration to work then I would have given it more stars.

What i learned through the process is that you want to do smaller loads as this makes a big difference in regards to timeliness of the total process. I was definitely overloading with my previous machine! The newer version is sleek, compact, perfect for living in a flat! However, the noise factor does make you feel like you are preparing for liftoff! Otherwise good efficient product!

It DOES dry your clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 3 combo units in last 20 years. First an Equator, then an LG3134...now this unit. Each was progressively better. I just got this one in December 2018 and am thrilled that it dries my clothes completely (not the case with the other 2 so they are obviously learning how to make these better). One thing I do differently is layer the clothes in the unit the way they direct you too in the manual which I had never done in past nor seen in past manuals. This model is much heavier than the last LG I owned which I think helps with keeping it more stable on the high spin. The glass is tinted which I am not a huge fan of just because I like to see that the clothes are moving around well and the suds level but you can hit it with a flashlight if you want to to see in. A very minor point I guess. So far this one is the best of the bunch--clothes are ready for folding right out of the unit. It's early yet but so far a home run.

AWFUL. Just Awful

I CANNOT believe this made it to market. Only buy this if you'd like to ruin EVERY article of clothing in your wardrobe. They will come out IRREPERABLY WRINKLED (Even after taking an iron to them). This was installed in an apartment I'm renting. I think I'd rather pay the time, effort, and cash to take my laundry to a laundromat because I like my clothes as they are, rather than looking like they've been left in a rainy field for the last month.
I'd also like to note the whole process takes 6 hours and is incredibly loud at times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit

Great unit but I haven't even had it a year and the drain pump went out after speaking with several terrible customer service representatives I will not purchase this brand again! Terrible to work with to get a repair
