Takes HOURS for a simple load of laundry. Don't.

I was extremely surprised to find that one load of laundry under the normal settings takes 5 Horus and 45 minutes. The washing cycle is about 3 hours long, the drying cycle also as long. At the end of the cycle, my load was still slightly wet and extremely wrinkled. There is a quick wash option and you cannot dry the clothes separately unless you do a Spin/Dry cycle. I'm on hour three of drying my clothes this way and they're still wet. Save yourself the energy. Don't purchase.

I just load it, add a pac, set the dial to wash + dry and 2 1/2 hours later clothes come out clean . . . washed AND dried in the Same Unit. When I first removed an article of clothing it seemed damp, but as soon as the air hit it, it was dry and any wrinkles disappeared on the hanger. The cost was about the same as buying a stackable or a separate washer/dryer set, yet requires less space and is so convenient, no transfer of clothes from washer to dryer. It's great for 1 person or maybe 2 (depending on lifestyle). I'm a disabled, 74 year old senior with mobility issues and live alone. My LG all-in-one is so easy to use . . . helping me to maintain my independent lifestyle. No regrets, I would buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great compact washer for small spaces. I am happy that it is a combo that gets the job done just like an individual washer and dryer. I think it is priced affordably and was very easy to install. I definitely recommend purchasing an anti-vibration pad as it does move around from vibrating especially if not properly leveled. After placing the pads and ensuring it is properly leveled, it does not move during the vibration from spinning the load. This combo has definitely have me saying “Life Is Good”!

Top Quality Awesome Appliance

I bought this to go in my small apartment kitchen. It fits right under the counter and blends in with the other stainless appliances. It is amazingly quiet and does an outstanding job washing and drying. Yes, it takes awhile to dry but NOT having to wire your house or apartment with 220 volts or the hassle of a big dryer vent hose is AMAZING. An easy workaround for the 2 hour wash/dry cycle is I just have made a habit of starting a load right before bedtime a couple times a week. LOVE that I can start the wash remotely with my phone too. Love this washer dryer

Ongoing issues

I have only had this about 2 years and it has been constant issues. After about one year, we had to replace the pump 3 times. Now year 2 and the control panel has gone. I like the whole idea but it's not worth the money. I would recommend buying the extra maintenance plan which we didn't do.

I like the features that it has like being wifi enabled and the many different programming options. It works really well and saves on space. It does take a long time for a wash and dry cycle that is one drawback. Also some garments come out wrinkled. But overall we really like it. We are very happy with our purchase.
