Even though we bought the WD in July but started to use in November. the only complain that I have spinning time its moving even though the machine was balanced and we used untie skid pads.

Clothes never dry

I bought this machine thinking it was a lot easier. In fact it’s way harder. It takes forever to dry. Even after the dry cycle I find myself adding more time. Then if I’m lucky they might be dry or they are wetter then before I started.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for a small NYC apartment

Ive owned this unit for 6 months now. Was hesitant to get a combo washer/dryer due to many online reviews complaining about items being damp and the long time it takes to finish a cycle. Here’s my experience, doing laundry for one: it’s a pretty good machine for small loads. No complaints about the washing. And if you actually follow the drying limit (indicated in the machine), it does a pretty good job drying the typical clothes load. Clothes come out only damp enough for you to shake them off and they’ll be dry by the time you fold them. I imagine people complaining in other reviews are overstuffing their machine, or are washing dense and absorbent items like quilts or duvets, which the machine indeed won’t be able to fully dry in one cycle. I love not having to move wet laundry from the washer to the dryer. A cycle does take about 3 hours to complete, but in my experience that’s a matter of planning your day better. I sometimes set a timer for the laundry to be ready when I wake up. I not only don’t regret it but also feel glad I chose this all-in-one instead of separate units.

The worst dryer!

Bought this 4 months ago. It is the worst dryer, I have ever had. It takes forever for things to be completely dry. When you rearrange items and place on again. The automatic turnoff goes off in 5/7 minutes. Your items are still damp!

I personally feel the directions are not very clear and should be more in-depth. I finally got to understand it and I now look forward to wash day. It does take a while to dry clothes fully. All in all, it is a compact washer and worth the cost.

Very small, long cycles, confusing

It's okay. For people having trouble using a dry only cycle, it is possible but you have to read the owners manual to figure it out. It's convenient in the sense that it is a unit that dries and washes, plugs into a regular outlet and doesn't need a vent. It's much smaller than expected and you really cant fit too many clothes in it if you like to do large loads. You can't really wash or dry any comforters because of the size as well. If you fill the unit to max capacity and use the wash+dry cycle the total laundry time is around 5 hours. If I wasn't a single person this machine would almost be unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
