Great solution for a tight space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this all-in-one unit to fit in a closet under the stairs of my cabin. It actually washes better than the full size washer in my home. Drying takes a little longer than anticipated but for the convenience of having washer/dryer in such a small space, it is worth the added time.

There is not a just dry option.

Compact and Works GREAT!

I've been living in a small two-bedroom apt for 9yrs without a washer/dryer. I did have a dishwasher that didn't clean my dishes so I decided to replace the dishwasher with a washer/dryer combo. I AM SO HAPPY! It's changed my life. With that said it's not made for large loads. Drying takes about 3 hrs...but if you're not in a rush and you want convenience it's amazing.

Good machine for tight space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the machine six months ago. It does a good job, however, if you add too many garments it takes extra two- three hours to wash and dry. Over all it takes away the hassle of thinking about your laundry throughout the day.

Vibrates a lot causing it to move along the floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this September 2020 and it cleans great but I'm not sure if I got a lemon because it vibrates and squeeks lot, causing it to move along the floor. (LG always asks me, no the shipping bolts are not in, as the inner drum would not be rolling and moving forward and back easily, the shippers did not give me the bolts either for storage) I tried leveling it many times and constantly check the feet if its all sitting on floor. Also installed the anti-skid pads which are basically sandpaper that sticks to the floor which LG provided after asking them to ship it to me. (Cleaned and used rubbing alcohol on floor before applying adhesive anti-skid pads) However with the vibrations even the pads are moving. Not sure how quiet or if this is normal for the LG TrueBalance feature. I worry if I'm away from the house the washer will vibrate and move so much that it comes out the cabinet it sits in. Also note you will get dust fibers where ever you put it (cabinet, under counter,etc) because how the drying function works it also has a moisture vent, top back left if facing the front, which happened to be one of the rattling noises which I used blue tape around the edges of it to stop the noise, it's just a circular plastic piece popped in a hole in the metal frame.
