Customer Reviews for LG - 2.3 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Front-Load Washer and Electric Dryer Combo with Steam and 6Motion Technology - Graphite Steel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this for 2 years now and only one slight problem happened to those two years that we had it. We haven't connected to Wi-Fi or don't use a lot of the features that it probably has only because we really didn't know how to use them for two older individuals who just didn't have the technical skills to figure it out but it would be nice if they gave a class on it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/ dryer combo for my mother, she has recently downsized her home in to my newly added granny suite. The washer/ dryer works efficiently within its nested closet. I am very pleased with this purchase.
I’ve had it for about 2 years. Easy to use. Works great for limited space. I did just have to replace the pump motor $$$$. Make sure you buy an extended warranty. I did not.
Really love the simplicity of having one machine with 2 features. The drying feature works great if you follow LG’s guidelines for best performance. Ideal for small spaces and yet good looking too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a few months and the machine can not be leveled. It has made terrible noise from day one. It is on concrete and is level. We have even purchased leveling shock absorbers and it continues to make terrible noise when spinning.

Hey there. We know a quiet laundry experience is essential to relax in your home. If your washer is noisy, please check its level first and make sure all shipping materials are removed. If it still vibrates on hard floors, anti-vibration pads can help. If the noise continues, send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport with your details and the washer's info. We're here to help you keep your home quite and peaceful on busy laundry days. ^ Diego
I purchased this a couple months ago to put in my upstairs bathroom. I’ve been very happy with the results and has made it so much easier to do laundry near our bedrooms. Make sure you read the directions and follow them. You may need to do more frequent loads as it is important to not overfill the unit. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loud noises when on spin cycle. Doesn’t dry clothes in a timely matter (takes longer than an hour to dry small load). Constantly having to clear filter (almost every week). Smelly water. You should buy shock absorbers with this machine. Shakes ALOT.

ALMOST perfect...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love this unique and remarkable machine ... I really do. But, it's just not quite perfect (thus 4 out of 5 stars). I've spent a lot of time trying to solve for it but there's always a hiccup with spin cycle. Times that it is just scary fast and therefore loud. Thankfully my community is on multi-acre lots so no one can hear it shimmying through a spin cycle. Otherwise it is amazing - takes up less than half of the original space and only uses regular 110 outlet. All good stuff - just a little hiccup with the spin and dry mode.
