No pedestal available!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased - used 2 times & found out they don’t make a pedestal for the unit since it’s 24” wide. Advertisement on this page says largest capacity but also see they sell a 4.3 cf. very disappointed when taking clothes practically off the floor

Doesn't wash, clothes smell, make so much noise it sounds like a jet taking off in my kitchen everyday.

AWFUL. Just Awful

I CANNOT believe this made it to market. Only buy this if you'd like to ruin EVERY article of clothing in your wardrobe. They will come out IRREPERABLY WRINKLED (Even after taking an iron to them). This was installed in an apartment I'm renting. I think I'd rather pay the time, effort, and cash to take my laundry to a laundromat because I like my clothes as they are, rather than looking like they've been left in a rainy field for the last month.
I'd also like to note the whole process takes 6 hours and is incredibly loud at times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing we liked is the metal finish. We are in a 5th wheel trailer only the washer/dryer in one would fit. We have been following Facebook and RV blog sites for 2 years. The majority of people complain about not drying their clothes. The second complaint is it takes a log time.
With the LG not getting the clothes dry was NOT a problem. Yea!
The long time is still there but with the features the laundry can be going on it’s own.
We have tried all of the settings and are satisfied with them all.
We can’t say enough good things about this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small little unit works amazing well and fits wonderfully in my little condo. I was skeptical about the drying capabilities, and yes, it does take longer to dry, but the clothes have always come out dry and ready to hang up. I've even washed and dried a quilt in it with no problems. If you take the clothes out before the cooldown finishes, you need to shake them a little, and the small amount of remaining moisture dissipates. It is like magic. I can see how this may not work in a humid climate, but I live out West. The spin cycle does sound like a jet engine, at times, but not any more than other front loader washers I've used. It can be sensitive if the garments are out of balance, but it seems to correct itself well. I have only had to hit pause once during a spin cycle to adjust the clothes manually. Overall, this washer/dryer combo is what I was looking for in a compact washer/dryer, and the smart features are a nice bonus.
