Great oven other than one major feature

PERFECT RANGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From someone who vowed never to purchase another ceramic top range, I cannot express how pleased I am with this appliance. I had gone to pickup a previously ordered range and saw this model in the showroom. I went back to look at it three times as I checked out. I finally said scrap my order and give me that ceramic top. I am so glad I did. The elements heat up quickly and give off an intense heat. Clean up is a breeze. I do not use cleaning hacks to clean my ceramic top but just a store bought ceramic top cleaner that works perfectly. It has been used for a month and looks as perfect as the day it was delivered. Now, to get to the oven. Unbelievable how easy it is to clean with the steam clean mode.
Thirty minutes and a wipe down and good as new. The heating element for the oven is hidden under the bottom panel so if anything spills out over the dish all you need to do is wipe it clean. No more fighting to get around the element. The oven itself is spacious with lots of room for many dishes. I have a background in restaurants and do prefer cooking with gas but love the supreme cleanliness of this ceramic top. The range itself has a professional look,which I like. The bottom storage door could be more spacious and sturdy but with all the other great features of this range I won't hold it against it.

Great sproduct - Terrible company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best value in a slide in range. Period. Cooks great and looks great. However, based on my repeated dealings with Electrolux and the poor service I received(from the manufacturer not my retailer) I STILL wouldnt buy it again. It took them 3 months and multiple delivery cancelation (read days off work) to finally get me my order. I was, in essence, told to "deal with it". All of my major appliances are Electrolux/Frigidaire but they will never see another dime from me.

New stove for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and had to go into the hospital, when they discharged him we got home and the stove quit! It was good to us lasted almost 25 yrs! Anyway couldn’t use it. Had to get another but couldn’t really leave him to go do it,so your Pensacola store....I called it and Jamia helped me do it over the phone she even sent pics through my cell. Needless to say we bought a stove and it’s been wonderful Thank you

Very Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new electric range. I bought it for the new kitchen counters that I am installing. I like the quick boil element on the burner. It takes less cooking time. The front controls are nice and allow easy access. My only concern is the the stove heating element is off and needs to be adjusted. I was told that because it is new, someone from Frigidaire will come out and adjust it.

Love this Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using my oven around 2/28/20 and so far it's been great. I keep a thermometer in my ovens as most of the time they are off but so far this has been at the set temperature every time. I love the front valves and not having the high back so more of my beautiful new backsplash shows.
