Looks great BUT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My stove was delivered in April. It looks fabulous, but the appearance fools you. I accidentally boiled over some potatoes. I let the surface cool, followed all Frigidaire directions, and used the appropriate surface cleaner. It still shows. I had a smooth top stove before for over 25 years. It was a different brand. Clean up was easy and the cooktop still looked brand new when I sold it. I'm calling Frigidaire for suggestions, but this shouldn't even be an issue.The stove is brand new. Also, the stainless steel trim on the front already has two noticable scratches. I have no idea how that happened. Frustrated!

Wonderful Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: It looks wonderful and is very easy to clean. I love the new look, with the control panel located on the front. The burners heat up much quicker than our old range, which is very nice when time is limited. The Oven preheating stage is also quicker than my previous oven.
Request: When selling this range, be more specific on the type of ceramic cooktop cleaner. The first one I purchased left smear marks all over my stove. I purchased Weiman Glass CookTop Cleaner & Polish and it worked magic.

Works great! Burners already discolored..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the oven for a little overca month. The burners heat up quick which is great. The oven takes about 8-10 minutes to preheat, so nothing special there. However, the burners are already getting discolored. There has been some spillover while cooking, but this is on a few burners now where it has what looks like oily patches. I've tried cleaning it but it won't go away. So, a little disappointed that the burners are so quick to tarnish. Other than that, so far so good.

Disgraceful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the unit came and one of the burners did not work at all, it was one of the back burners so we didnt pay it very much attention but it is still disgraceful that such a unit would be sent out without being tested. the peels on it were also impossibly difficult to take off all the way so there are still little pieces of shipping plastic that you cannot pull off on it. besides that the burners are not very powerful, contrary to what you would expect from an electric stove and the burners do not like up with the indicator lines on the glass top. overall, pretty disappointed in unit, might just send it back.

Slow to boil water.
