Fragile surface

Unhappy. I like using cast iron to cook but the tempered glass top is too weak. Just cracked with no warning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove and oven heat up very quickly and cook super fast. The one thing I do not like is that there seems to be a disconnect between the numbers on the dial and the actual stove temperature. It's hard to gauge what is sufficient enough heat, so often it heats up TOO quickly and bubbling over. Also, be ready to clean the stove top daily.
