Nice Piece but S.S. Scratches too Easy!

I’ve only used my cooktop for about 5 months and I’m already extremely disappointed I purchased it. For the money I paid for this piece I expected better, The “stainless” scratches far too easily for the most used appliance in the kitchen. Very hard to clean as it gets scratched each time you move the grates and/or clean it -even with a soft microfiber cloth! I’m very happy with my other GE Cafe appliances but would never recommend or purchase another cooktop! On the upside the grates are durable & strong, and I love the griddle!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our first time cooking with a gas stove, so much better than an electric. Clean appearance , only negative it the rubber feet for the grills pop out easily when cleaning.
