Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knowing what I do now, I wouldn't buy this. It does keep track of my steps well, but the sleep aspect is very, very disappointing. It doesn't record actual sleep, it records when you are quiet, and as a long-time insomniac, I have learned to lie quietly praying for sleep to come to me. It has actually recorded me as being in deep sleep, when I'm wide awake watching the TV.
I do like that I can personalize the face of the watch and have my daughter's college graduation picture smiling at me whenever I check the time, etc.
