Cause I Had High Hopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe if you're a female with smaller wrist and like Rose Gold. Female, I am and I like Rose Gold.
However, this watch is lacking all sorts of potential. I wasn't that impressed with the battery life. After a full charge, the battery dropped to 96‰ within one hour and I haven't enabled any features. I had high hopes using it for exercise and that was an Epic fail. I did 30 min of HIIT and the sensor didn't recognize I was working out, but when I did yoga it was telling me, "good job".

I wasn't impressed with the texting feature. It's a bit too crowded and I guess because of the screen size the letters have to be tiny and difficult to read.
I wanted to love this I'm so fancy Rose Gold Galaxy Watch, but maybe I was expecting perfection from being a superfan of Samsung.
At the end of the day, I'll continue to wear this watch over my other one seeing as it fits my wrist beautifully and the color goes so well with my skin tone.

I was so excited about this watch. I thought it would be an upgrade from my FitBit, I went with the LTE version. The battery doesn't last, all the messages don't come through,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Time to get this Samsung watch

The features are amazing. The charging station/ dock has some sort of magnetic pull to the watch. You get close and they connect. You don't need to look for ports or prongs to line up. I think this is a huge plus!
The home key is on the bottom right side one push and you start your journey!
The main screen shows the watch, steps, date & weather. What is nice when you look at the watch it lights up and shows you the main screen. No need to tap it to awake the watch. Very smart!
The face of the watch rotates. By turning the dial it will show you all of your other features/ linked to your phone. Text messages, emails, further details about your steps or workout for the day.
I also use the phone option on the Galaxy Watch LTE 42mm. My phone was close by, same room/distance, the sound quality is fantastic. If you don't mind people listening to your conversation this is great for group conversations. Or if you are outside gardening or working out and don't want to hold your phone. I have asked each person before ending the call how I sounded and they didn't know they were talking to me on my Samsung Galaxy Watch LTE 42mm!
I suggest at night to save the battery turning on the power saver. Otherwise you will charge you watch every otherday if you use all the functions and receive lots of texts, phone calls & emails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch goes perfect with my Samsung phone. It is not a heavy watch but has a little weight to it. It is very easy to use and set up. The watch face is just the right size. The band is easy to change if you need a different band. I will definitely be getting an ungraded one when they come out.

Massive Upgrade from Previous Samsung Smartwatches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned a previous Samsung smartwatch, I was blown away by the innovated changes Samsung made with the Galaxy Watch. Every aspect of this watch was well-thought-out for everyday use. From a sharp display to a right-sized form factor (42mm), the Samsung Galaxy Watch hits the mark for best overall smartwatch on the market.
Even before turning it on, you can tell that a lot of thought went into the design evolution. Scalloped edges on Samsung’s turning bezel means it’s easy to grip with bare hands or with gloves on. The thickness, weight, and size of the watch are manageable for petite-to-average sized wrists of either gender.
What blew me away was the number of different ways the watch tracks activities. Equipped with a sweet combination of major connected hardware (GPS, NFC (Samsung Pay), and 4G LTE), I can take the watch on a run, stop by my corner convenience store for a refresher, and then go right into the office. Sans phone.
The Tizen OS is well developed to keep all the things you need front-and-center. Responsive, lite weight, and well-designed for touch and bezel turning.
The battery life is the biggest improvement on this watch. Older models could only last 1, maybe 2 days. This watch kept going all week long. You could even take it on a weekend trip without the charger!
In the office, this watch works great. I set up my appointments, reminders, and emails on my phone, and leave the phone in my desk drawer. Then I can keep track of my day on my smartwatch, without needing to pull out my phone. Notifications for phone calls, breaking news alerts, and important appointment reminders come in at the right times, thanks to the always-on 4G LTE connection.
This is the always-by-my-side, trusty companion I cannot live without. Always connected, always aware, it gives me important life reminders when I need it.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch is a “must buy” for any active professional or individual on-the-go!

Awesome watch!

It works great with T-Mobile! At first we had to call cause it would not work on standalone but that was not Samsungs fault. Now, whenever the bluetooth disconnects, it takes about 30 seconds to work fine in standalone. The battery is also good. NOT great but it does last me a day and a half. I noticed I had to turn the GPS off to extend the battery but I still dont mind. I dont think having my location on serves much of a purpose unless I am going for a run but thats about it. I totally recommend this watch!
I would recommend this to a friend!
