24 hours and stopped working. tried twice with rep

1st unit purchased wouldn't set up at all and returned it. Replacement unit purchased worked great for 24 hours then stopped.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mesh WiFi for the win!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had so many dead zones in our house and dropped WiFi calls. I was going crazy! I bought these Smart Things and it completely solved my problem! Now we have great signal all throughout our house and no more dropped calls or slow connection. Everyone should buy these and replace their extenders with them. Those extenders hardly worked. Also worth it to get the 3 pack for it to maximize.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

I sent an email at the beginning of the campaign that I already had the product placed in my home (my husband installed and I didn't know). So I didn't actively participate in the campaign. I just completed my end of campaign survey because I didn't know when it was ending. I do love the system, it makes using the internet sooooo much faster and smoother in our 3 story house. Please send the return labels so I can return the system. Thank you very much!

i would like to enable and configure dns using smart things wifi on my android but can't afford it. i wish sumsung could have a solution for me.

Excellent whole home wifi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't be happier with the Samsung Home Connect. I only had issues setting up the device and the extensions. I had to reset the evinces a couple of times before they would "take" and connect. Unfortunately, when it didn't work and I was getting desperate, I tried to call customer service and they were closed for the weekend. Persistence prevailed and I tried to follow instructions again and it worked! I love being able to control from the app, the connection is great for whole house!
