Almost good but fell short.

First, please note that there is no documentation on how to install or work with the Samsung Connect Home. So, if you do not have experience installing equipment like this may be very difficult to install. You must use your imagination.
Wi-Fi works well, it's the best I can say about the product.
Buy this because I understood that I was going to help expand my z-wave network. And I know it expands if you have more z-wave devices. Even so, I wanted to test how the z-wave part works.
I have the primary device in my office that is about 50 feet from the main entrance. I have another device (sub1) near the entrance. I also have the SmartThings arrival sensor. To add it to the HUB I must be near my office, the device that is near the entrance does not work as an intelligent HUB. I expected all HUBs to be part of the z-wave integration. On the other hand, the arrival sensor does not know that I arrive unless I get a little closer to my office. I have other z-wave devices but all must be configured in my office. For that I continue with the old SmartThings HUB.
The application SmartThings for second-generation HUB is much more robust than the new one APP. I do not understand why they did not use it.
As a router, is very frustrating. You cannot see the devices that are connected via LAN. You will only see those connected via Wi-Fi. But I have a NAS, I cannot see it in the APP. I can not reserve an IP either. It comes with network 192.168.2.0 and can not be modified. These functions are basic, so no use to replace the home router unless all you have use it through Wi-Fi.
Once again to expand the Wi-Fi works well but that makes it much better equipment like EERO. With EERO you see the devices that are in the LAN and also sees the intelligent devices using LAN or WI-FI as the bulbs philips hue. What it does not bring is the integration with the devices that use z-wave.
In z-wave is where Connect Home should shine but fell short.
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive, good wi-fi mesh
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, no ip reservation, cannot see lan conections, only one device can be have z-wave integration, no documentation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about this product. One thing i always had an issue is the WiFi just outside the house, back and front of the house. This product help a little but not as much as i thought it would. The speed of the internet was faster than my regular router but not by much. Streaming videos well a little disappointed, it kept pausing and loading from time to time. I had to change back to my regular router's WiFi. Setting it up I had issues too, for some reason it did not connect to my phone. At the beginning i thought I did something wrong but took a while to connect and follow the instructions on phone. After you set up the first one the other two were easy to connect thru the phone. One thing i dislike the most was that one hub need to stay connected to the router. Which means you have two WiFi routers very close. It would have been nice if once connected to disconnect and place somewhere else to have more coverage. Overall is OK with the 3 pack, the other 2 hubs help spread the signal. With my regular WiFi/Router was 64.8 Download 57.4 Upload. With the Samsung Connect Home was 74.7 Download 47.9 Upload. As you can see the download was faster but the upload was slower. Hope this will help you as a buyer.

Wifi made easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Home Connect is the first wireless router to successfully blanket my entire home and detached garage in one solid wifi network. I've been through several extremely high end routers and repeaters trying to get complete coverage and nothing has been as successful as the Samsung Home Connect, the ease of setup was just an added bonus really.
Pros:
Great total area coverage
High bandwidth
Stone cold reliable connection
Seamless transitions between routers (literally can't tell where you switch)
Ability to tic tac toe from your modem to something very far away, like my detached garage, with a router in the middle to bridge connection between the end points.
Haven't discovered limit to it's bandwidth, attempted to overload with 3 computers mirroring HD movies through chromecast and it didn't miss a beat.

Internet always in house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with other routers have not been good until I received the Samsung Connect home mesh 3 pack. I have a 5,000 as foot home and trying to reach in every corner was difficult until now. I have had these hooked up for one week and setup was very easy. I downloaded the okla speed test app and my speeds did not drop! So now I have consisted internet that is now boosted in the entire home. Also I can now surf by the pool as it reaches outside too. Simple a great dependable product from Samsung.

my Wi-Fi has never been faster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love this product by Samsung, I have the Connect Home Mesh 3 pack and it was so easy to install and set up. I have Wi-Fi through my cable and it was so hard for it to cover my house in certain areas the Wi-Fi would disconnect and it was loading very slow I was so unhappy until I got the chance to try the Samsung Connect Home when I installed it I was taking my phone around the house and checking if the Wi-Fi got disconnected I went out in the garage and the front of my house and other areas and never had any problems, I was so happy and excited that this really works and no more disconnect I have also been able to watch videos online and download apps a lot faster with this system, I have also tested this at my sisters house and she was amazed at the speed of the Wi-Fi she actually bought the system on the Samsung website and loves it. I have tested products for years and have never had the best experience of a lifetime like I do with this product, I could never be so happy and amazed like I am now, I will never use another Wi-Fi booster again.

Connected Home. Happy Family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Samsung ConnectHome 3-pack for a week now. Samsung has once again delivered an amazing product! I've tried other wifi extenders, with long and confusing setups. The Samsung Connect Home was up and running within 5 minutes. Download the Connect App and create your wifi mesh. I have an old 2 story house with lath and plaster walls, and now I don't have a dead spot anywhere, which makes the family really happy. I even placed a router in my detached garage (50ft from main hub). For the first time I can sit on my deck with my laptop and a cold beverage and surf the web. Awesome! Family approved and highly recommended!

Need for Speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Connect Home Mesh 3pack on the day it was expected. Setup was a breeze! I couldn't have imagined an easier way to extend my home WIFI network. We live in a brick house with horrible internet and phone service due to the natural firewall. With the Connect Home Mesh 3pack we no longer have to stand still in the driveway for WIFI! My son thoroughly enjoys being able to play on his tablet while lounging in the backyard and my husband loves not being confined to one space when working from home. I am one happy customer!

An impressive first step in network simplification

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have to tip my hat to Samsung for creating a mesh-network setup that is as easy as the 3-pack Home Connect. When using this with other Samsung devices (i.e. Samsung Galaxy S8+), setup is almost too simple. You start by plugging in the device, and utilizing the Samsung Connect app through the phone, it auto detects the "hub" and begins the process of creating a new home network. Naming, and securing the network is also something that is setup with relative ease, and I do really enjoy the fact that you can dind the network password/passcode by simply pulling up the samsung connect app (very useful for those who have a 12-14 digit key that they do not change).
I will point out, that for those with a more complex network setup, this system may not be for you. An example of this, is that I could not locate a way to properly setup DMZ on any wireless device. Additionally, you cannot hard set a signal (i.e. 5ghz versus 2ghz), so you may experience issues where a device is not able to be found on the network, as it's put itself in a channel that it outside the device spectrum. I will call out that those with a complex network setup may not find this ideal as a true replacement, and may need to also look into the Pro hub if higher bandwidth is a priority.
In closing, I think Samsung has really nailed it on the head when it comes to user friendly networking. Overall, I truthfully couldn't be more pleased with this product.
