Broken upon delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave made loud buzzing sound after installation. Even though the oven was under warranty it took months to get it fixed.
1)first time out technician had been given model number for oven, not microwave so he could not repair unit.
2)Second time out he diagnosed unit and ordered parts
3)3rd time out he installed arts only to realize new part did not work
4)Finally got it fixed on 4th try after I had to order parts directly from Frigidaire.

Since this was a authorized service that took almost 4 months to get right its a reflection of Frigidare's ability to repair its products under warranty. I would have preferred just to get a new microwave after the 3rd trip.

the timer numbers wont go on unless you push them about 5 or more times, then it turns itself off because you have taken to long. It beeps with a fo11 error all night I haven't figured what that is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my GE Profile unit I had installed myself some 10 years ago. I couldn’t find another GE Profile Unit of same size. From fit and finish standpoint GE unit was better. But, Frigidaire convection oven is better. Frigidaire unit cable is barely long enough to reach the back of the wall
for electrical connection. I had to remove microwave unit for electrical connection. The conduit is too large and heavy compared to the cable size! The microwave frame does not fit tightly around the microwave unit. There are small gaps around the corner... Installation instruction does not tell size of the screws and location where it should go. Electrical cable and improved instructions can simplify installation. The flimsy brackets can be designed better to improve the finish.

Excellent look and Awesome Features!

The design is beautiful, the color matches my other appliances and the features are excellent. It was very easy to install, set up the clock, and it was ready to go. The conventional oven is the BEST. Everything we cook comes out perfect.

I LOVE IT WHEN IT WORKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Oven/microwabe combo in May a week later I started having errors, now I get errors everyday FO11, FO28 & FO29. Some errors I can reset on the panel, some I have to shut the power off for days or weeks to get to reset. Use the microwave get an error, go to bed get an error, not using it and it errors. I have called every service person on the list provided and none will come out to perform warranty work because I did not buy from them. I have called Frigidaire SEVERAL times, and I either go thru a phone loop so can't talk to someone, OR I get hung up on while on hold. I don't like giving bad reviews and I love WHEN IT WORKS, but lately it is down more than up and I can't get a hold of anyone to repair it PLEASE HELP ME!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only a few hours after installation, the oven began throwing fault codes. Minor at first, which could be cleared by pressing the OFF button. Then more serious codes displayed(indicative of a board failure), which required resetting circuit breakers all within the first 36-48 hours of install. As a last resort, before calling tech support, I turned the circuit breaker off overnight. After cycling the breaker on the next morning, the unit has worked without fault for the last 20 days. I’m cautiously optimistic that the issue is solved, but to be honest I’m wondering if I should buy a service plan given numerous reviews that mention fault code issues.
Price point is great on this Frigidaire 27 inch convection oven / microwave combo oven. Control touch panel is a bit sensitive, but it’s not hard to get feel required for making buttons respond correctly. A lighter touch is required.
