Great Combination with wonderful features

I just love it, it looks so good and elegant and works wonderful, bakes great and the microwave has nice features. I am very very happy with it.

Broke within a month -- terrible warranty process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within a month of installing it, the oven stopped heating entirely. Dealing with the warranty process has been a nightmare. Endless time spent waiting on hold with 1-800 numbers (if I get "lucky" and the phone call doesn't just end with a message saying they are experiencing too high call volume).
After finally getting through, it took a week to get someone out to look at it. He diagnosed a blown motherboard within 10 minutes and left saying it'll be a week before they can order the part and then probably another week to get him to come back after that.
tl;dr - I've been without an oven for a month. Microwave works, so 2 stars? \shrug

frigdair 27 electric wall oven/microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The products fits nicely in our kitchen. Love the preheat oven feature. Only takes about 5 minutes for the oven to preheat. My only issue is the microwave makes a lot of noise when using it. Sounds like the motor is running in overtime.

Looks good, functions well does everything it's supposed to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We could not be happier with the unit so far. My wife was a bit concerned about the convection part but has found it to work normally without using that function. She will play with that at a later time :) .
Some of the reviews I read complained about various things: fan noise, MW beeper etc. So I was a bit concerned. We have not had a problem with either.
With the pandemic, finding a replacement appliances is not an easy task. Especially a 27" built in as most are 30". The previous premium brand unit (JA) had died prematurely IMO and I was shocked to find NO Support, Parts etc. were available.
This unit was available in a week or so. It was the only one that had a combined, but separate microwave (should it need replacement or service). So we ordered it and I installed it.
My only suggestion would be to offer or include trim panels to accommodate different sized openings. Our house is ~30 years old and the original unit was taller. Consequently there was about a 2" gap. But I was able to fabricate a filler panel that makes it look like it belongs there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit and after only two months installed and maybe used ten times it failed with error codes. Phone/Chat support has been great, they appear to be very interested in resolving the issue. We are now on second service call for failed parts so not feeling very positive about this unit. Overall I like the look, the black stainless color is very nice and it is overall just exactly what I wanted. The microwave cooks meat on time defrost and can't figure out how to turn down the power. The oven baked great, when it was working. I am on then fence on whether or not I just bought a lemon. I am hopeful they will get it resolved soon so I can start baking again.

Works well, but microwave noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old similar GE unit, this fit perfectly, which was main criteria in choice. Works well, looks fine. Microwave has a rattle in it, not “out of the box perfect”, maybe due to installation. To Be determined. Controls oK but no automatic shutoff on oven. Microwave smaller than in former GE, disappointing since have overall space wasted in control panel space

Everything seems to be working fine. I’m still learning how to use the features on the oven. Microwave is powerful. Looks very nice in my kitchen.
But one complaint that I do have is the panel on the oven is supposed to be touch screen. There’s numerous times I have to continuously keep touching one of the numbers to set the timer or set the oven temp. It won’t engage. This is frustrating and if it continues, I will be getting ahold of Frigidaire

Easy to use, powerful and accurate.

The microwave is powerful and the oven heats up quickly and is accurate. For a wall unit the oven and microwave are spacious. Looks beautiful and size was spot on. No regrets!
