Excellent Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 4weeks ago. Easier to operate relative to most modern ovens. Menus are simple to navigate. Has been reliable so far, but purchased extra 2 years parts and labor warranty because of quality of all modern appliances. Wish you could turn off the display on one of the clocks. Microwave could use a handle to cut down on smudges.
Wish it came in black in addition to black stainless since it was a replacement. Also could use a longer power cord or an option to route it out of the center of the oven instead of the bottom.

Issues from the start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice, and was only micro/oven combo unit that had swing open micro door. Had to call warranty repair out within 1st few months bcuz top fan was hitting something and making terrible noise - they replaced fan part. Works well now so far, but the timer buzz on microwave is very loud on lowest setting. I wish it had a setting for # of times it beeps because it drives me crazy! It doesn't just beep the normal 3 x's and then again after a few minutes like most units. It only waits like 10-15 seconds and then 3 beeps again, and again, and again! If your hands are full or have chicken juice all over them and need to wash them, it just keeps beeping at you repeatedly which I find very annoying! I keep finding myself saying "I know, I know!" Argh! Otherwise works well, but oven bcuz of size barely fits a large pizza. It just fits if touches the back, so you do have to spin it halfway thru cooking time so it cooks evenly.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand-new wall oven does not work! Microwave works fine, but I get an F0 90 error message every time I attempt to turn on the wall oven. Took a month for the the dealer to get someone out to look at it. Appliance tech checked it today and said it was probably the motherboard or the lock, and ordered both pieces. I'm not happy...

perfect fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it works as advertised and looks great in our kitchen. It replaced a 30 year old GE combo and it was the best fit of the 27 inch models available. It also was the most reasonably priced unit I could find. I didn't have to make any alterations to the opening in my cabinet. Some of the units from other makes would have required some carpentry as the dimensions were bigger. My only issue was I had to make some adjustments and slight alterations to the trim so that it would fit flush against the cabinet. They could have done a better job of assembly in my opinion. I would buy it again considering the price and that it fit in my cabinet opening perfectly. Now will it last thirty years as my old unit did. I really don't care as I would be 103 by then. lol

I’m a fan so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit seem to install easy, we had a professional do the installation. It’s appearance is very slick. Not a lot of buttons / controls to figure out. Seems to take some time to preheat unless you use Quick Preheat. Used the unit for two months and still can’t seem to get the factory smell to completely go away. It has a fan the continuously runs and it does put off heat after warning up and for some time after turning off the oven. The fan isn’t quite. The microwave is great. It’s powerful for sure, I’ve learned to use power setting. It’s easy to clean and surprisingly spacious.

Pleasing Design/Look with Helpful Features

The new unit blends well with our existing appliances that are stainless steel and/or black so that made it very easy to incorporate this new appliance into our existing kitchen. The oven has a number of handy features that most cooks in the kitchen would find useful on a daily basis. These include the warming setting, the quick/preheat option, and the melt/soften option on the microwave. I also like the rack that rolls out of the oven - making access so easy! Thanks for designing this great product!
