Problem w Microwave heating coil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unsatisfied w warranty lack of 100% coverage after 1 week of use when microwave failed. Not my fault yet company refuses to cover de-install and reinstall required in repair.

Very accurate oven and microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t think I’ve ever had an oven and microwave this accurate. Everything that I’ve cooked comes out “like it should” no need to adjust temperatures or cook time on recipes, reason for four instead of five stars is the oven doesn’t come with the meat probe so you need to pay more money for a feature that the oven has.

Nice, but NOISY! Husband hates it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our 24 yr old GE 24" walloven and microwave when repair parts were no longer available.
We were limited on choices based on what would fit OR doing a remodel to fit the current standard which is now 30". We were happy to find out we could put this 27" Fridgidaire in the same space that our 24" GE came out of with minimal height modifications.
It looks great and works well and has a convection option BUT it makes a lot of NOISE. The loud fan runs the entire time it is preheating, cooking and cooling off even when not using the convection option.
My husband won't even eat in the kitchen/dining room when the fan is going! We are now considering selling it and getting a different brand. My friend has 2 different convection type ovens in her kitchen and they are quiet!! So, I don't buy the explanation that convection ovens are loud.
If the noise doesn't bother you, this unit is fine BUT note that it NOT quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 units for a large kitchen. One arrived and need additional service. For one the door needed to have internal adjustments for the unit to shutoff properly when the door is closed after use. The other already has a scratch on the finish from depressing the open door button with your finger. Did not use metal object to push the button. Guess it was my fingernail. This product did not meet my expectations.
