Blemish and install issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electrical location in the back of this oven is different from my previous one. The installer had to drill a hole in the sheet rock and reroute things /charged me $50 more to do so. Not pleased. Also the door is having to be replaced because there’s a spot where there is no stain.

A few pluses, a few minuses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month ago and am happy to have a working oven. However, the touch pad buttons need to be pushed hard for them to register, is one problem. The heating element in my convection fan burns my food in that area, is another problem. Other then those two main issues so far, the oven seems to be good. I do like the bottom of the oven being smooth as opposed to a heating element there and the lay out and function use of buttons is nice.

Here are some helpful baking tips to use when baking using your convection bake setting: Fully preheat the oven before baking items like cookies, cakes, biscuits and breads, when baking cakes using two oven racks place bakeware in positions 1 flat and 3 glide, when using any single rack for baking cookies, cakes, biscuits or muffins, use rack position 3 flat or 2 glide and most importantly unless the recipe is written for convection cooking, use Conv Convert to reduce oven temperature from the recipe’s recommended oven temperature. More helpful tips can be found in your Use and Care guide on page 18. Great options on the controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is really nice. The bottom rack slides out, which is so nice for large roasts/turkeys. The convection feature cooks food in almost half the time and puts a great crust on large items.
