Guaranteed to Fit But Does NOT

One of the reasons I bought this wall oven was the guarantee that it would fit the existing open, or Frigidaire would pay for modifications. It clearly states on page 2 of the installation manual (sub section 5) that a larger bottom trim kit is available. I have yet to find a service centre, or a representative from Frigidaire who knows what this is. I have a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the oven that the factory supplied trim does not cover. It is very frustrating that the call centre operators only have access to the same information that I can find on the web page, and the service centres are unable to help without a part number. Good luck with the claim that Frigidaire will reimburse for necessary modifications if they cannot even assist with acquiring a part.

Can’t recommend

Installed just a couple of months ago, we were happy with it until it just quit. Have used it a few times earlier today and when preheating for another use all power was lost. The breaker and supplied power are fine and didn’t trip. Not a good experience.
