New house oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven cooks faster than the GE oven I had. Oven's control face had to be glued back on at the corner. Like the 3 racks and the pull out. Time will tell regarding the quality especially since I do a lot of baking.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this appliance. It is extremely noisy. I assume it is the fan, which seems to run often as if it is not holding the heat correctly or something. I have not contacted Frigidaire because of the holidays, but will be doing so in the new year.

We can understand your concerns, and we look forward to hearing from you further about a potential service call. In the meantime, here are a couple of things to keep in mind with your new appliance. Yes, it is normal to hear your oven fan running when you turn on the oven, including during preheating. The fan helps circulate the oven temperatures and will come on/off during the cooking process. The fan may stay on after you have finished baking and turned the oven off. The fan will stop once the internal temperature of the oven cools down. Lastly, your wall oven has been factory calibrated and tested to ensure an accurate baking temperature. If you think your oven is cooking too hot or too cool for your recipe times, you can adjust the control, so the oven cooks hotter or cooler than the temperature displayed.
