A problem from day one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven was in our new construction home as part of appliance package. We have had problem with this unit since the beginning. Whether we baked cookies,breads,pies or cakes for the recommended time they would appear done but on the inside they were still in raw or unbaked state. They sent a service person out twice and his findings were it wasn’t heating to temperature that it was set at. He ran multiple tests and finally ordered new components and installed. It seemed fine for a while and started acting up again. We were advised that it would be in our best interest to keep an extended warranty on it since it was bad to start with which we did. The last straw was it totally ruined our thanksgiving. We of course will call again for service but we know eventually it will die for good than we’ll be faced with replacing it. What ever happened to the old ones that lasted seemed like forever. We are going to ask for a total replacement and hope they want a happy customer. I will follow up with a better review if they decide to do the right thing.

Excellent Oven

Still getting to know all the features but the integrated temperature probe and the various baking methods (Convection, etc) are endearing us to it so far. We got it just in time for Thanksgiving, and it produced the best turkey we have ever had, hands down. Looks great, works fantastic. Highly recommended!

Great oven

We had struggled with a much more expensive oven we had inherited and finally called it quits. The Frigidaire was a great choice for us.
