Great Over...Easy to Use.

Oven takes a long time to preheat and doesn't work properly; warranty claim process cumbersome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a proficient cook and baker who uses an oven almost daily. I like the looks of this Frigidaire oven and bought it and the matching microwave to replace aging appliances. Unfortunately, it takes an extraordinarily long time to preheat and food doesn't cook or bake as one would expect. An oven thermometer showed that the oven doesn't preheat to the correct temperature and then drops in temperature thereafter. A repairman came out and ordered parts to replace a sensor, control panel, and circuit board. Unfortunately, the parts are backordered for several weeks so I am without an oven for even longer. This is my first Frigidaire appliance purchase, however, had I known the product performance issues and cumbersome and time consuming warranty process, I would have gone with something else.
