[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our appliances are great. We previously had an old Frigidaire oven and this new one is great. All of the options and especially the quick heat up option. The oven cooks evenly and quickly. I just love it!

Gigantic piece of garbage

Working with frigidaire has been the worst experience I have ever had when working with a major appliance manfacturer. I bought a new house with a new oven in June of 2021. The oven hasn't worked since day 1. It will not maintain temperature, it's h a constant grinding noice. I've had to contact frigidaire 6 times. They are almost impossible to get in touch with. You can't leave a message. Their auto attendant says that they are busy and to call later. A TOTAL joke of a company. They do not care about their customers at all!!!! From what I can tell, they are owned by Electrolux......I'll never buy another one of either of ther products. Truly a TERRIBLE experience!!!!!

Simply did not work from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Frigidaire Gallery microwave & a Frigidaire cook top that we have had for many years that we love. So it made since to purchase a Frigidaire Gallery Electric wall oven. Our Oven was delivered & installed but they did not test it. So we followed the instructions to preheat & were ready for a little smoke. We got the smoke but no heat & then after resetting it nothing but error codes. Now waiting another 3 weeks for another new one then install. We remodeled our kitchen & were expecting to be able to use our new oven for Thanksgiving dinner with Family which now will probably not happen. So this review is not compete. Hoping the next oven works well when it is installed. We love the way it looks just need one that works.

Out of box. Got error code. No rep in our area. A and e called. Didn’t show. Want a new oven company said no waiting for part. Never will I buy fridge air again

Good overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good overall - on my wish list would have been a way to input a stop time on the delay start feature. My old frigidaire oven had a delay start with a stop time - this would have been more helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features
