This oven is boss!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, cooks great. I love the sliding rack and its my first convection oven so loving the shorter cook times. I also had to install it and was pretty straightforward and easier to accomplish than expected. My only complaint is how sensitive the buttons are...turns on every time I reach over it to get something out of the cabinet above the oven. Pretty minor!

Great Features!

All of the following features are wonderful: the glide out rack, the front handles on the 3 racks, the 2 light bulbs let you see what's really happening to your food, the electronic features are easy to use and the quick preheat is amazingly fast! This is a fantastic product!

Poor service

I purchased this oven six weeks ago. Somehow the oven came with a set of 27” trim pieces to finish install. This is a 30” oven? After calling customer service they assured me they were sending out the parts and I would have them in 7days. Time went by and I had to call again to find out about status. I was informed it would be another 3 weeks before parts arrived. Time went by and called again and found out the wrong parts were ordered. 1of the 2 pieces was in stock and sent out. It arrived in a week. Still waiting on other part. It’s been over 6 weeks now and I still cannot use this new oven. It cannot be used without these parts installed. Even after escalating my case I have still not been called and have no idea when the part will arrive. Very poor service and the we don’t care attitude is very disappointing. Very expensive wall clock as tha is all it has been good for since purchase!!
