Keypad Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the positive side the unit looks good and works fine except the keypad for the oven doesn’t work well. Specifically, the numbers 0 and 9 don’t always work when pressed. Also, be aware that the microwave is not the full width of the unit so it can seem a little small. There are other manufacturers out there that have units where this is not the case.

Did you know? Your wall oven’s control panel is a capacitive touch panel, similar to your smartphone or tablet. The control panel uses the conductive touch of a human finger. Input to resistive touch screens works through pressure resulting in two conductive layers being pressed together, so if your fingers are wet or sticky this may make the controls a bit difficult.

Perfect touch for our budget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what we needed for our remodel and budget. Fan had a problem after a few weeks but was quickly repaired by their authorized rep. The microwave is HOT don’t let its smaller size scare you, be sure to not walk away until you learn it’s faster cooking times. It is powerful. It’s not as wide as my old over the range but it is deeper. I have not had any issues with size yet. Very pleased even with the fan issue.

Horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: triditional design of micro-wave oven, easy to use, use the common door not the pull down door. The oven has the conviction feature. All the touch buttoms have good feeling
Cons: the fan of the oven is loud. The oven does not have the timer set to stop automatically
