Too cool for school

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven does preheat to the set temperature, but does not maintain it. It runs between 25-35° cooler during the rest of the cook time. I tried adjusting the temperature according to the manual. This didn’t make any difference. It has been a challenge trying to adjust my tried and true recipes. Heat is too inconsistent to judge. Not thrilled with the oven. The microwave works well though.

Glide rack nightmare; beeping never stops, too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for 6 weeks and baked in it a number of times. The glide rack no longer closes when it is hot and the door touches it. Instructions say to take it out, turn it over, and shoot graphite into these little slots. Really? I have to wait, with the oven door ajar for hours until the rack cools so I can take it out and shoot a plume of door lock graphite into 8 tiny holes just so that the rack closes? Really? What man thought this through? Open hot ovens, racks that stick, plumes of dusty graphite in the kitchen every 4-6 weeks of use for the rest of the useful life of the oven? And I am not even mentioning that there is no option to turn off the timer beeping, not the fact that the timers on the top micro vs. the bottom oven work DIFFERENTLY and you are always guessing which is which. Like I said, no male brain surgeon designed this one.

Great OVEN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall very satisfied with this product. I wanted to try all the features before reviewing. Not only does it look great, but it's functions are top notch. The meat probe option is handy in that I can set it and forget it. So when my meat is to the desired temperature it automatically turns to the warm setting. I also love the quick preheat option! Preheats in 4 min which is amazing with kids who are hungry NOW! My only issue was that the microwave is smaller in size than my other one but it truly is still a great standard size. This product is well made and user friendly! I would highly recommend it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the pullout rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and am quite satisfied. While the oven has a delayed start feature which I like, there is no end time feature. I would give 5 stars if I could put my Sunday dinner in on delayed start but know that the oven would go off at a set time if I were delayed in getting home. My old oven was good on that score. A microwave feature I miss is the setting for a pizza slice.
