Great features but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set looks great. The microwave works great. It is more powerful than I am used to but that just means I must adapt. My oven has some great features like convection cooking BUT... it preheats to the set temperature then drops and cooks at 25 degrees lower (oven thermometer) to 30 degrees lower (oven's own digital thermometer). It is new so I will have to call the installer as it is under warranty.

We understand that you are concerned with the temperature in your unit. Your appliance has been factory calibrated and tested to ensure accurate baking temperatures. For the first few uses, follow your recipe times and temperature recommendations carefully. If you think the oven is cooking too hot or too cool for your recipe times, you may adjust the control so the oven cooks hotter or cooler than the oven temperature displayed. Do not use oven thermometers such as those found in grocery stores to check the temperature settings inside your oven. These oven thermometers may vary as much as 20 to 40°F degrees from actual temperatures. If your installer is not able to assist, please be sure to connect with us directly. ~Keyanna

Love the slide out rack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven and microwave both work fine - but the slide out rack in the oven is really wonderful. First one I've had and I love it. I spilled banana bread mix on first usage and I can testify oven cleans up easily as well!

Happy with choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chose this based on size, price, and article I read regarding recommended micro/oven combos. I had to make sure it would fit existing space and price was reasonable compared to other similar micro/oven combos. So far, I am very pleased with it. Oven seems to heat quicker and microwave is higher wattage. Based on what was replaced, a the design is better in that while it is considered one piece, the microwave can be taken out of the unit and replaced. Both the oven and microwave also have their own “motherboards”. My negative is that while it is considered stainless steel, it is mostly
dark glass and the microwave size while efficient is smaller than what I had before. My positives: like the oven racks design and so far, it seems to be well calibrated.

Great, fast, cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The preheat oven feature is very fast. The convection bake is awesome. I am looking forward to using the steam clean function. Every feature you could want in an oven is there. The microwave is also exceptional. Great appliance!

Very modern appearance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally happy with the oven, microwave combo unit. The overall appearance and digital controls are attractive. There are a few things, however, that disturb me. I was very disappointed to learn that setting the timer does not turn off the oven at that time. It just provides a beep. With my previous oven I could leave while making something because I knew it would turn off at the appointed time. I can’t do that with this oven. Also, at least a second needs to endure between pushing buttons on the control. For example, if I am trying to enter 400 degrees, I have to wait a second between the 4 and the 0, then another second between that 0 and the next 0, otherwise you will not be able to successfully enter the number. These aren’t deal breakers but I expected my new purchase to provide additional conveniences, not fewer.
