Great dishwasher but utensil holder needs redesign

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this a couple of weeks and overall I’m pleased with this dishwasher. It is easy to operate, runs very quietly, and holds a lot of dishes. I really like the top rack for long utensils and lids. So far, everything has come out spotless. I would have rated it 5 stars except that I think the basket that holds utensils is poorly designed. It has a thick, flat handle which allows water to pool, and if you aren’t careful when you unload, you spill water on your nice clean dishes!

Almost as good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the replacement model to my old ice machine of 19 years. Very similar, but different. Makes great ice, quieter than the old model. Front door seems to be thinner stainless steel. Lower part of front cover above grill sticks out and does fit flush as old model did. Not sure why they would make such a change that takes away from a good design they had in older version. I am happy with the new model . Hope it lasts as long as my last kitchen Aid did.

It’s good to be spoiled

We just love always having quality ice on hand. Thanks for continuing to make such a great appliance We can only hope this one lasts another 20years.
