[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for a 12 year old version of the same ice machine. The finish and etched handle look very nice and it works great. I would recommend this unit.

Beware of continuing working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new 3 month old ice maker just stoped working, no light, water not filling and it would not turn off. The ice was melting but the tub was not draining? there was a pond inside the ice maker! Before the service company could arrive for the scheduled appoint, it started working. I hope it continues other wise it is a very expensive appliance not to produce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second KitchenAid ice maker. The first one lasted for over 12 years and worked great. We only replaced it because the pump failed and we didn't want to invest in repairs. Produces clean, clear, and perfect-sized ice. Highly recommend.
