Item arrived lopsided!

Although according to the level it is straight, it is definitely leaning to one side. Also it does not seem to be as well-made as the last KitchenAid icemaker I had. It does make good ice. I guess we shall see what the quality is like as the years progress.

Excellent Ice Production

I installed myself, which was easy to do when following the directions. Each ice maker produces enough ice to meet our needs and especially during the holidays with family and friends.

Great feature…long over due!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new 18” ice maker and it’s finish. We installed it in our design studio kitchen and it gets a lot of use from our clients and employees. It’s been there for a week and we haven’t had to wipe it down because of fingerprints! That’s amazing!! Thank you KitchenAid!!

Kitchen Aid Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item on 09/21/2022. It was installed in our "new build" home and it operated correctly for 30 days. After operating for 30 days, it suddenly stopped. It will not power on. It was a tedious process contacting Kitchen Aid. Their phone system is not "user friendly". There is no quick way to get a hold of a Customer Service Representative. It will be another 2 weeks before they can dispatch a "Preferred" service provider. Needless to say, very disappointed in Kitchen Aid and their Customer Service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] spent 2k and has a built in water filter but does not come with it. Been installed 2 months and now is not working. Unit has no power and after sitting on hold for 1hr to scheduale a service technician, its an additional 4 weeks just to have someone look at it and order the part. What happened to standing behind your product and exchanging it at the store

OL Product - Lousy Service

Got an 18" a few years ago and has worked fairly well. Lately it won't stop making ice. Tried to contact KitchenAid - impossible. Tried chat, phone, dealer. The closest was a 20 minute phone wait with ear-blasting disco music non-stop. Cannot get a simple part for my machine but forging ahead.
I would recommend this to a friend!
