So far very easy to use! I purchased this model so I wouldnt have to lift the bottles and spill. I enjoy the fact that it is bottom load and that I can turn off the heat and cold if I decide too.

My Avalon cooler didn't come with a seal!

As much as I would love this product, my countertop dispenser didn't come with a seal, and all the water kept leaking out. I attempted to set it up as soon as it arrived in the mail, and all of a sudden, my floor had puddles on puddles!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
