Our cooler sprung a leak within a month of buying it, which was a shame given how expensive it was. Customer service was great in getting us a new one quickly and with minimal hassle.

We did have a couple of hiccups during installation due to the instructions. The water source must be turned back on in addition to the adapter with valve. Instructions and pictures did not state so.
