Very disappointed in this thermostat. It fried in just 4 months. I was constantly seeing reboots, etc. I feel I wasted my money on this.

The Honeywell T9 Smart Thermostat was extremely easy to install and set up. It works with Alexa on my Echo Dot, and I can also control it with my phone. After doing some research, I found that this unit was very highly rated, even among much more expensive ones like the Nest thermostat. I'm very satisfied with this product, and would highly recommend it to a friend.

Very easy to install and well written instructions. It was nice to view online videos of the installation process that matched whatwas on the thermostats screen.
All the features worked as advertised including one remote sensor, setup could not have been easier.

Amazing and Simple system to use. Only thing is to make sure that your unit has the C (common) wire hooked up. If this is not it can be a little tricky to install but once it is the systems ease of use is amazing. I purchases extra sensors for around the house and it makes the average number of them to keep the correct temp

The reason for my purchase of T9 was peace of mind. Recently our heat pump had some mechanical issues. We travel for long periods of time and with a regular thermostat our pipes could have been frozen from this issue and we would have returned home to a disaster. Love this thermostat.
