It’s the simplest thermostat we’ve ever owned to be smart enough to keep our home comfortable whether here or away .The phone app makes adjustments a easy task and operation is smooth and easy .

This is a very difficult thermostat to install, and I'm an electrician.
Unless you want to rewire everything don't intend to use this for two different transformer systems.
I had to rewire my HVAC low voltage wiring as well as my heating wiring to make this work. Bought three returned 2.

It’s so wonderful to have access to our house temperature from afar. We enjoy the settings to allow us to move between heat and air conditioning as needed. It definitely allows us to not have to worry about the temperature.

Thermostat is good but the C wire adapter should have been included with the thermostat as it is not available easily due to which the wifi functionality doesn’t work at all.
