Great product. Works flawlessly and is pretty easy to set up. Doesn’t work with HomeKit which is a shame, but the Honeywell app works really well and is simple and easy to use.

Thermostat works great, i can control it remotely as well. It does require a C wire. So in my case i just purchased my home, and was having a service check done on my ac/ heatingsystem, had the service man put in a C wire for me. Thermostat controls heating and ac at the same time, so there is no need to mannually have to switch it.

Easy install. Just makes sure you configure with the right sytem..heat pump..ect. Would of gave this 6 stars, but called their customer service and was on hold forever.

Connecting was smooth. Geofencing interesting. Making changes was a little glitchy. Instructions were surprisingly good. I had to rewire my main unit and the instructions were brilliant. Overall a solid product.

I can not change the location of this thermostat. It keeps coming back to its default name Livingroom.
