Great thermostat. Now my upstairs rooms stay cold. Before the upgrade upstairs always felt warm. The zone sensor for the master bedroom made a huge difference.

not happy since the beginning

I installed it last year. first, it was giving me a hard time working since it needed C-wire adaptor. I did that and my board shortened and had to change the board.
Now, the thermostat acting very weird. when I set the temperature to 75, it works to reach 75, then I raise it to 76 to stop and suddenly the thermostat shows 76, and this goes on and on until 80. It never stops the AC until I raise it at least 5 degrees. So, basically, it gives me a headache to adjust the home temperature correctly since the reading are not accurate.
