Honeywell support is HORRIBLE.
Repeat attempts at contact using THEIR options results in LONG phone wait times, NO reply to emails, on both Canada and USA.

Ok multi room sensor thermostate

Ok basic multi room sensor thermostat. unit is plug and play but lacks advance features...works well to set room Priority and temperatures...Great that you can set it which rooms to monitor the temperature of and which ones to ignore...use it to keep bedroom temps good at night while during the day monitoring the living room and office.
cons: unable to provide humidity control by "over-cooling" which is helpful in humid Florida when its humid you need the unit to run a bit longer like one or two degrees to reduce the humidity..why do the sensors even monitor humidity if you cant control unit run time to help control it...there are no programmable fan on/off delays(like 30,60,90secounds) like most thermostats.....no programmable cycles per hour to prevent to much cycling, would be nice if main screen displayed the individual room sensors....or weather(which it can show if you click on it but why not have it as part of its screen saver)....no option to control the color of screen...white is off blue is cooling and red it is heating....for this cost you would figure you would have some options to chose.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A little confusing to set up priority sensors but overall very simple and capable. It’s really nice to see the house temperature when we’re away. We’ll probably be getting another one.
