My thermostat is very glitchy and I may just return it . It constantly stops showing weather . In the WiFi status it will show connected to internet but unable to connect to cloud . This causes it to never update the status or the weather . My unit is very close to my router and it displays full signal ... so that’s no issue . It seems as though I either got a defective unit or this suffers from software/ firmware issues . Either way - it’s overpriced and underdelivers !

The instructions and tips made installing relatively easy. Taking pictures of the wiring diagrams and then using the labels was a big help. The app was intuitive. Only suggestion would be to make the five minute restart delay information bolder.

It works well but the display turns off and it reboots several times a day, sometimes 1-2 times an hour. It looks like I can still set the temp with the app while this is happening, and it doesn't seem to interrupt heating. I'm not sure if my furnace isn't supplying enough current or something?
