This thermostat works great! I can control it remotely from my phone. I have a vacation home in another state and I need to be able to adjust temperature remotely and seasonally with weather change. Highly recommend it.

Product works well but gets confused when multiple people are on the geofence setting. I can be at home and my wife goes to work and the thermostat believes the house is empty. A simple app update should fix the concern but it hasn’t been fixed as of October 2020.

Great thermostat but maybe not for a rental unit

Love the thermostat that we purchased for our rental condo. Only complaint is that you can't set a minimum and maximum temperature from the app. You can only set it on the thermostat itself. So, if you have a rental, you can't change the minimum and maximum temps from your phone.
