So far so good.Easy to install if you have 5 wires at thermostat . Should have some electrical knowledge since you have to open your a/c unit and add on the 5 th wire

Super easy to set up. Had a hiccup that was our fault because we didn’t know there were two breakers to turn off so we blew a fuse. I love the geofencing option don’t have to ever think about turning up or down the air it knows once I’m a certain distance from home and turns on same thing with when I leave. The temp sensors also prioritize rooms that are occupied. Happy with our purchase.

The remote sensor fixed the problem with huge temperature swings in the bedrooms. Temp in rooms are surprisingly consistent. Hardware seems solid and was easy to set up. App is easy and intuitive.
My wish list would be to track/trend the hours AC and Heat ran each day.

Easy to use, smart, accurate and very adjustable to your needs. I replaced my two Nest thermostats with two T9s and very happy I did. I feel Honeywell is in a HVAC for a long time and knows AC but thought I would give technology a shot at cooling. The T9 has a lot of tech too and for me i prefer the T9.
