Not a good product. Very poor customer support.

I bought the T9 and the sensor was defective right out of the box, then returned it for a new one and it was not measuring the temperature correctly. I tried to call customer support several times till I finally got them. After 45 min troubleshooting they said it was also defective. I returned it again and got a Nest thermostast. So far working as intended.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great. Has really helped us monitor our heating and cooling usage closer. I love that I can adjust the temperature from my bed if I'm too hot or too cold at night. The only issue is occasionally when I open the app, the thermostat syncs to whatever the app was showing last and adjusts the temperature accordingly instead of the app syncing to the thermostat.

The T9 Smart Thermostat is such a quantum leap over our old analog thermostat. Easy installation, programming, with large lettering on the LCD display.
You have the option of setting the house temperature from the main console sensor, a T9 remote thermostat, or both. Plus you can set or read the T9 from your phone anywhere.

First of all, let me state that I love thIs unit! But, I did not know that you have to purchase separate units for the different rooms that you want their temperatures regulated.

This is a great thermostat. With the remote monitor it has resolved a problem we've had for years with our cooling. Supper easy to install and it has a great interface with WiFi access as well.
