The T9 works well and adds the convenience of remote access to check or change settings. I find this very helpful for our vacation home. One thing that needs to be made clear is that it is not compatible with zoned systems. This was discovered after I purchased the unit during installation.

The fan function needs to be separate from the AC setting. Everything else works perfectly. But when I change the temperature on the AC or heat the fan changes from continuous to auto.
