Works flawlessly. The app is very simple and functional. Wiring should be straightforward but my furnace was a rats nest so it took a little longer.

No HomeKit Integration as Promised

Overall was easy to set up until I found out HomeKit is not supported. Honeywell chat rep told me it was. Also has lost connection a few times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On the T9 Thermostat The schedule function doesn't work properly. With the fan mode set to "Auot" and th1e mode is set to "Cool" and th1e fan is set to "on" and the schedule changes to the next schedule is activated the fan switches to "Auto" , this is contrary to previous Honeywell thermostats. It would be nice if there is a capability to set different fan modes for "Cool" and "heat"

I am a HVAC service technician and this thermostat has a lot of desirable features which helped me make my decision. It has fan only for recirculating of air. Room averaging priority with easy to install sensors. Installation and set up was a breeze. The WIFI connect ability has been smooth.

First off don’t install over weekend when customer support is closed. This was very frustrating. Installation not hard but not straightforward if you don’t have C-wire. Also recommend playing around with remote sensor location before you officially mount.
After several weeks everything looks to be working well. Installed in our home with thermostat in hallway and sensor in great room. Looking forward to the energy savings.
