Thermostat is very simple to use and overall a great product. However, there have been multiple times the thermostat has decided to disobey the set schedule with no user interaction. It is also difficult to view the secondary sensors on the app. I hope they make this easier to use in the future.

I bought a pair and they work great on our two zone home. The only surprises were having to install a different app from our previous Honeywell WiFi thermostats, and the default settings for the backlight was too bright. Once I figured out how to turn them off everything was fine.

The LED display is very bright and always on. It’s most annoying in the bedroom as the display light is ten times brighter than a night light. I like the remote functions withe the WiFi, very convenient.

Upgrade from round Lyric to T9 with Honeywell

Easier to use than the old round Honeywell Lyric. Seems to be a bit more customer focused and user friendly so far. Stay tuned as I use it more and set up more features.

Good Smart Thermostat. We really like the option to have multiple remote monitors for other rooms in the house. It's easy to control the main functions from the thermostat interface, but programming any more complicated settings is better to du using the ap. Install was relatively easy even though we had to install a new C wire.
