This works great for a 2 story, one ac unit condo. The extra thermostat works great to keep my upstairs cool. I was running up and down the stairs to turn the ac on when it got too hot because the thermostat was reading the downstairs cooler temp keeping the ac from turning on. This solved that problem!

The thermostat has been working as expected and what i read in previous reviews. There was a comparison I read about this between T9 and Ecobee which I have used previously, I find T9 to be affordable, and performing almost the same functionality as Ecobee. Because of the performance of this product and rebate that Comed offers I have recommended this product to my family and friends.

Set it and forget it. Installation was simple had one small issue not related to thermostat. Customer service tech was the best I have ever dealt with. Only been about a month now but love it.

Very easy to set up and use. You can turn off the geofencing and keep it simple if you like. Or, you can use all the features. Does not force you to use a Google account, like Nest appears to do. It does come with an easy to use app feature that you can easily control on your phone. I use that sometimes, but since I am relatively low tech, I found that this thermostat is a great value for the price, since it is still a smart thermostat.

The units (I have 2) work very well, but make sure you have a “C” wire. The conversion kit would be a bit clunky.

Took some time to figure out best settings for 3 level townhouse (cold basement, hot master) I resolved by putting sensor in basement and 3rd floor master, master as primary (82 day/75 night) - sounds warm but makes the basement comfortable and the main floor perfect. I love this system, gave 4 stars because I keep having to reset for outside temp and it keeps defaulting primary back to Kitchen, where the Thermostate is; still trying to figure out why.
