I have had this for about a month now. I have two remote sensors connected. When trying to set it up the instructions were kind of vague so had to call customer service. Even though they were having problems figuring out what I needed to do. I set it up to be adaptive but it is still not cooling the house down by the set time in the afternoon. I tried the geofence at first but unless your system is so powerful that it can change the temperature in your house in a matter of minutes it takes too long to get to the set point. I like the idea of the remotes but cannot find the usefulness of the motion sensing feature because of system reaction time.
Read up on the thermostat prior to deciding on this one. Went on YouTube to see how difficult of an installation process it would be. Love the thermometer, love the look and the house has been steadily comfortable since installation. Definitely recommend.
Easy to install and use. It's plug and play if you are replacing a recent Honeywell thermostat. We replaced a T6 Pro non-WiFi thermostat that had been installed in our newly built home that was branded with the installer's name and logo which looked awful. Looks nice. Easily programmed and really like the reminder features for filter changes, etc.
I love my new T9 thermostat! Not only can I use remote sensors to control other rooms but I can control my home from my phone. Easy to set up, intuitive and easy to use. All in all, a great purchase!
I would recommend this to a friend!

you cannot flick it to cooling mode without jumping through hoop
I am going to compare this unit to the earlier generation RTH9585W. Smaller display but larger unit makes it look bulky on the wall. Cover plate is not provided in box and per technical support it is not available except through a dealer. Better touch display and user interface. However, lots of wasted space on the primary display it an effort to provide a clean look. Outside temp font is way too small and you have to poke at the unit to see inside humidity. No outside humidity information vs the RTH. Temperature reading may or may not be accurate. One of my two units is 2 degrees off. Calibration will fix this for the display, but not for what Alexa reports out. And it totally screws up the average if you buy an optional sensor as it uses the un-calibrated value for the average. So, compared to earlier product both a giant step forward and a giant step backward.
I purchased this thermostat because I needed to control the temperature based on a room other than where the thermostat is located. Wiring was not an issue because I was replacing another Honeywell thermostat. The programming works well, but it took me about a week to get it balanced out to my satisfaction. I was concerned that I didn't find any information in the literature about a battery backup, but after a neighborhood 2+ hour power failure, the thermostat continued to run without missing a beat when power returned.
