Easy installation and set-up. I downloaded the app on my phone and was up and running in very little time. I was impressed it even came with an a nice adapter for non 5 wire units, but i didn't need it. It has a clean and modern appearance too.

Thermostat looks very nice downstairs and love the app functionality and its UI. I also like how I can choose things like dimming the display completely at night and certain times since it beams into bedroom for us. Room sensor I have for this also works great and looks good as well aesthetically. I have had ecobees and nest products, but I really favor the honeywell for the simplicity and trust I have in company.

You can’t see the temperature on the other sensor but you can see the temperature of the other sensor on the main thermostat. Overall, I like the thermostat. I can use the app to set the temperature when I’m away. I’m happy with my purchase.

We bought this thermostat because it said it measured humidity levels; however, it is always off by at least 10% relative humidity, which we confirmed with three separate humidity meters. If you are looking for the ability to report humidity to a mobile app, do not buy this. Otherwise it seems to work okay.

We were so pleased with the thermostat, that we replaced the upstairs thermostat as well. It’s very nice to be able to control the temperature averaging, which gives us a greater comfort level throughout the entire house.
