I liked the old thermostat better. Much more intuitive operation. And the multiple room thing with the T9 only works if you have multiple zones. If you have only one zone and one of the rooms in the zone calls for heat, the other rooms get overheated. Not a great idea/solution.

This is a good thermostat with good features. Honeywell/Residio has yet to deliver on promised HomeKit integration. The one degree temperature variation is too small and could cause premature wear and tear on my system. Two degrees is probably better. I’d like to see that as a customizable feature.

Lets you control all aspects of AC & heat pump from mobile devices. It even shows the outside weather when on WiFi. We are very happy with this device!!

I bought this with the highest hopes, coming from a Nexia, and I regret it daily. The app has no history, no record of usage, it constantly says no internet, although it's at most 15 feet from the router. I love the sensors and the room priority, but the app is less than useless. It gives humidity, but I can't control the rooms using the humidistat. This tstat has so much potential, but a horrible execution.
